A Note From Evelyn...

It's embarrassing to admit, that even with a Master's Degree in nutrition, I used to struggle with my weight.   

Not so long ago, I set an intention to lose 20 lbs in a delicious and nourishing way that I could continue forever AND that would allow me to enjoy wine (or other indulgences) every week.

..AND I DID IT!

I still follow and teach this very same framework to maintain (and to lose more as I choose!).
